Refund & Return Policy – RedGatez

Thank you for using RedGatez to source and ship products. We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. However, since we act as an agent between suppliers and buyers, certain conditions apply.
Returns:
We allow returns for:
– Incorrectly sourced items (e.g., wrong model/product)
– Damaged or defective items on arrival
Request for return must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Item must be unused and in original packaging.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
– Supplier error or product unavailability
– Valid return request due to supplier/manufacturer fault
– Unfulfilled or delayed orders beyond a reasonable time frame (case-by-case)
All refund or return decisions will be made by the company on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Exchanges:
If you require a different product or corrected item, we can assist in arranging an exchange depending on supplier stock.
Non-Returnable Items:
– Custom-ordered or special request goods
– Used or damaged products due to customer handling
– Services already rendered (e.g., inspections, shipping fees)
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless it was a sourcing error from our end. In such cases, we’ll arrange prepaid labels or local pickup.
